Safety is important to us and we have made every effort to secure our property for your peace of mind.
Riva is located in a very secure area with dedicated neighbourhood security patrol. When you arrive you can text us and we will meet you and bring you and your luggage into the house.
Secure, off-street parking is available on request to those with private transport, however Uber is a great way to travel the local streets and eateries.
If you request it we can have security arrive at the house before you so that you have complete peace of mind. Please call, text or WhatsApp us at +27 74 521 4665 before you arrive and we can have this ready for you.
Our patrolling neighbourhood security, CAP, is also on call 24 hours a day. In case of an emergency you can reach them at +27 861 227 227
Arrivals & Departures
Our standard check in time is between 4pm and 9pm. Check out time is 10am. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged on request in line with our house rules. Late checkouts are charged 50% of the room rate for 4 hours and full rate for more than 4 hours.
